— 6 to 17 hires per year = $2,100 per hire
— 18 to 35 hires per year = $1,800 per hire
— 36+ hires per year = $1,500 per hire
Will my Global Talent work my business hours / in my timezone?
Yes. That is the usual expectation, but it's entirely up to you. Working hours are part of the job description and recruiting details we'll review upfront with you.
